Sharla Wright

President & Board Chairman

Sharla Wright, Chairman of the Board & President, is also a Director and Client Accountable Executive for Oracle’s Health IT division. She has an entrepreneurial background in which she co-owns small businesses and rental properties alongside her husband. Sharla is focused on creating strong relationships to achieve shared vision, mission, and strategic alignment. For the past 20 years of Sharla’s career, she has held positions within international sales, net new market initiatives, event speaker & demonstrator, and owns account sales responsibilities for one of the largest Healthcare IT customers in North America. Sharla is an expert in large contract negotiations and continues to be a trustworthy advocate for the customer’s needs. To date, Sharla has sold over $1 billion dollars of bookings revenue and has been recognized for various sales awards. Sharla’s shared passion for community service prompted her to be an original founder of Community Nest. Thus, her loyalty in strengthening an everlasting bond grows deep within her. Sharla is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine, Kinesiology & Biomechanics. She also earned a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the Henry Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Sharla enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They love camping, sports, outdoor adventures, and making memories with friends & family. Sharla grew up in a small farm community in Kansas and has a desire for connection. Sharla is a member of various organizations through-out the Conifer area to be an advocate and support arm for generations to come.

Tiffany Ransel

Secretary & Human Resources

Tiffany Ransel, Human Resource Officer and Secretary, is also a Client Development Director, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor. With over 25 years in healthcare, Tiffany has extensive experience leading and growing teams and driving quality and cost improvement across Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial membership. She is an expert in process improvement and value-based care, having supported teams working with over 100 primary care practices across 13 different states. Tiffany started her career working in non- profit organizations, including state mental health facilities and private residential treatment centers. In 2007 she began working in Behavioral Health Care Management for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. In 2014, Tiffany transitioned to a role within Care Delivery Transformation, which allowed her to utilize her background in Motivational Interviewing and Organizational Psychology to support healthcare organizations engaged in value-based care arrangements. Tiffany accepted her current role in 2023, which has allowed her to return to the provider space, working with Advanced Primary Care clinics and Palliative Care teams to ensure they are meeting the quality and cost and expectations of Carelon Health’s clients. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She has conducted trainings on behavioral health integration, dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, drawing, painting and crocheting. She is excited about Community NEST and being a part of an organization focused on giving back to the Conifer Community.

Bryn Brown

Vice President

Bryn Brown, Vice President, is also the owner of Bryn Brown Coaching, LLC, a coaching and consulting practice focused on helping service providers start, grow and scale their businesses online, since 2018. In her work, she specializes in strategic planning, creative guidance, and high-converting marketing strategies, helping her solopreneur clients create profitable and sustainable businesses doing work they love. Prior to starting her own business, Bryn had a 20+ year career in business development. Her sales experience includes everything from single items at pop-up events to managing multi- state territories and negotiating multi-million-dollar donations for an international non-profit. She credits her passion and success for sales to her strong drive to build genuine relationships that are mutually beneficial rather than concerning herself with the bottom line. For Bryn, giving back to her community is a core value. Aside from her formal roles in non- profit, she has most recently enjoyed her time as a mentor for Denver Kids and is honored to serve on the Board for Community NEST. Bryn is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a dual degree in Psychology and Speech- Language-Hearing Science. In her spare time, you can find Bryn hiking with her dogs near her Colorado home, playing sand volleyball anywhere she can or, most likely, spending time with her husband and two adorable children.

Lindsay Pineau

Marketing Officer

Lindsay Pineau, Marketing Officer, is the founder of Visionarie Marketing, where she serves as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for small to mid-sized businesses, offering strategic direction and hands-on marketing leadership to help businesses grow and thrive. Lindsay’s career spans nearly 20 years in marketing, with a background in developing results-driven strategies, brand positioning, and multi-channel campaigns for companies across more than 20 industries including healthcare, financial services, technology, real estate, and outdoor retail. Known for her creativity, strong client relationships, and big-picture thinking, she has helped both businesses and nonprofits refine their message, increase visibility, and build sustainable growth. Lindsay is passionate about using her professional skills to support causes that create lasting impact in the community. Joining the board at Community NEST was a natural extension of that commitment. She is excited to contribute her marketing expertise and heart for connection to help strengthen the organization’s mission. When she’s not helping businesses grow or building community partnerships, Lindsay enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her family, and staying involved in the mountain community she proudly calls home.

Lynn Ziegler

Treasurer

Lynn Ziegler, Treasurer, is retired from two careers. One as an Instructional Designer for JM Family Enterprises, in Deerfield Beach, Florida. JM Family is consistently listed by Forbes Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Companies to work for.” Lynn received many accolades for her writing style and attention to detail. Most recently, Lynn retired from Citywide Banks, where she spent five years as an Associate Banker. Banking was never on Lynn’s radar, but it proved to be an exciting and rewarding career. Dealing with clients and helping them with their banking needs was the highlight of her days at Citywide Banks. Lynn is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Education, specifically Speech Pathology and Audiology. After a few years of teaching, Lynn developed an interest in Corporate Training and Instructional Design. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys reading, Jazzercising, music, yoga, scuba diving (which has taken her all over the world) and spending time with family, friends, and her Airedale Terrier, Arlo. Lynn is also a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, having grown up in Pittsburgh, PA. Lynn is honored to be on the Board of Community NEST.
